The Horseshoe

Once a drovers inn The Horseshoe offers a large lounge with open log fire, dining room, conservatory and walled garden for you to enjoy in addition to our well appointed rooms.

The Bedrooms

We have a total of 7 bedrooms consisting of a Double and Twin roomed loft conversion to the second floor. On the first floor there are Two Double and Two Twin en-suite rooms and one Double and one Single room that share a bathroom. On the ground floor there is our disabled access twin en-suite room that also benefits from direct access to the garden

General

All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clocks, Flat screen LCD TV with remote control ,hairdryers, shower gel and hand soap, cotton wool, tissues, Egyptian cotton towels and extra blankets.

The Loft Rooms, Ideal for families the loft rooms consists of two bedroom and one bathroom, Newly refurbished the stairs open onto the main bedroom which has a king sized bed, TV/DVD and a complimentary tea tray. The twin bedroom is off to the left of the main bedroom and the bathroom is accessed  to the right of the main bedroom. 

Barcut Coch, meaning Red Kite, is a ground floor en-suite twin room suitable for wheelchair access. There is a small entrance lobby to the bedroom, great for hanging wet coats and storing walking boots. The pretty bedroom has plenty of storage with large fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the garden. Adjoining is a wet room which includes a walk in shower area on one level, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Gwastedyn is a twin en-suite room. This room has a bathroom that accommodates a WC, hand basin and large bath, perfect for relaxing after a days activities. It also has a separate shower room.

Glan-yr-afon is a large double en-suite room that has a comfortable king size bed. This room can also accommodate an additional single bed for family bookings if required. The en-suite facilities consist of a shower, hand basin and WC. There is also a separate hand basin located in the bedroom.

Cwm Elan is a cosy single room. It is fitted with antique pine furniture and has a hand wash basin within the room. The bathroom is in an adjoining room with shower, hand basin and WC.

Claerwen is a double en-suite room. This room features an delightful area of exposed stone wall. It has a double iron bed with crisp white bed linen. The en-suite has a shower, WC and hand basin. There are beautiful views of the countryside, perfect at sunset.

Breakfast Room, Sitting Room and Conservatory

Enjoy our freshly cooked breakfast in our dining room or a delicious candlelit home cooked three course evening meal - just what you need after a long day.

The Breakfast Room

Guests are welcome to relax on a cold afternoon in front of a fire in our sitting room. Or during the summer months enjoy a glass of wine in our conservatory that overlooks the garden.
